Price and Availability of Google Pixel Watch 2 in India
The LTE model of the new Google Pixel Watch 2 is priced at INR 39,990 in the Indian market. Those who will be buying the new Pixel 8 phone from the company can get the smartwatch for a discounted price of INR 19,999, which is half its original price. It will be available in Polished Silver, Matte Black, and Champagne Gold colors.
Specifications of Google Pixel Watch 2
The design of the new Google Pixel Watch 2 is like its old model. The smartwatch features a 1.2-inch OLED display with 1000 nits peak brightness, an always-on display option, and a 41mm smooth glass dial. Users can customize the watch face as per their preference and change interchangeable straps. A significant upgrade is the inclusion of a Snapdragon 5100 processor for performance, which is paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.
The watch is powered by a 306mAh battery which, the company claims, takes only 75 minutes to fully charge and can last for up to 24 hours on full charge. On the software front, the pixel watch operates on WearOS 4.0 version, supporting new updates and dynamic themes.
Google Pixel Watch 2 features an optical heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor, stress level tracker, and sleep monitoring options. It also includes a body response sensor, fall detection sensor, and body temperature sensor. Notably, a new ‘Safety Check’ feature has been added to the watch that can be useful during nights or in potentially unsafe situations. An Emergency SOS feature is also included. The new Google smartwatch is not just resistant to dust and water, but can even be used while swimming as it carries a 5ATM/IP68 rating. It also offers concise tracking results with the help of an ultra-wideband.
