Microsoft’s Fall Surface Event 2022 was organized on October 12. At the just-concluded event, the company launched several new Surface devices and accessories, including the new Surface Pro 9. Apart from this, the company has also launched a new Surface Laptop 5, Surface Studio 2+, and several accessories like Speaker Dock and Presenter Remote. But the most eye-catching of all the devices announced at the recent event was the Surface Pro 9; Because this is the first Surface device to come with 5G connectivity. The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 is a convertible device, which comes with a detachable keyboard. Note that the keyboard features backlit keys and a Windows Precision-backed trackpad (Windows Precision-backed trackpad). And as I said earlier, this is the first Surface device to offer 5G connectivity. Besides, Surface Pro 9 will be available in two processor options – 12th generation Intel Core processor and Microsoft-Qualcomm custom SQ3 ARM chipset. The Intel chipped device is available with 32GB LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB SSD storage, while the SQ3 chip version supports 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
